Create lightweight server log db

It would be nice if the ZTPServer kept an internal log of API requests and server analysis for troubleshooting and verification. We could simply index a sqlite based upon remote ip or node_id. We can keep the log file small by aging old entries and expose a few new settings in ztpserver.conf. We could also add a simple command line arg for pulling entries out that match certain criteria.
