Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For some usecases, it would be required to display dataset items in a specific order to annotators. Currently, there seems to be no way to enforce a specific order when creating a dataset, and users can change the ordering at any time in the UI.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide a default sorting (for example, a sort_by_field in the dataset settings) for a dataset and be able to disable user sorting.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I initially tried to log records to the dataset in the order they are meant to be displayed, but this order seems not guaranteed by the client (and can be changed by the user at any time).
