Add at least an automated test class to verify the distribution under the following installation options:

  • Setting the Apigee Connection settings
  • No monetization
  • Enable demo content

Verify the following:

  • Frontpage loading with featured APIs, main menu links, account links (apps, my account, logout).
  • Viewing an API Doc page: making sure SmartDocs widget is rendered.

Depends on #418.
