Currently, WithdrawalUtils require a withdrawal request transaction from the sponsor, which the Airnode is supposed to respond to with a withdrawal transaction. This flow will be replaced by the sponsor sending a withdrawal request using ERC1271 and the Airnode responding with a signed withdrawal transaction (which the sponsor can send to the blockchain provider to be confirmed).
