[Question] Skip PR commenting #512

We use a CLA github action: https://github.com/contributor-assistant/github-action
For security reasons, this attracts the comment function after the PR is closed.

For this reason I would like to only allow issues to be commented on and PRs to be skipped.

Is this possible?
