Update pdf.js to current version

From looking at the source code, it seems to me that the readFileAsPDFText() function in financial-data-analyst/utils/utils/fileHandling.rs loads an old version (3.11.174) of pdf.js directly from a CDN, and not the current version specified in package.json.
Is this correct? I am not a JavaScript programmer.

If so, then I recommend upgrading to the newest version, so that all known security vulnerabilities in pdf.js are fixed.
