There isn't really a convenient API to use for something like this, as Nico hides uploads for non-premium users. I'd need to use some third-party site.
Still, I might add this in the future.

I've added support for regular user downloads; update, and pass in a url like: https://www.nicovideo.jp/user/<user_id>.
I'll add channel downoads later. Sorry, I misunderstood your request.
