추가하려는 기능이 어떠한 문제 혹은 기능과 연관되어 있나요?

.vscode의 extensions.json 파일을 추가하여 vscode를 이용하는 개발자가 어떤 확장 플러그인을 깔아야하는지 명시해줍니다!

원하는 기능 추가
