With an understanding that the included Postgres dependency is provided with the Anchore chart primarily as a quick start it might be good to consider bumping the default image version from 9.16.8 to a supported version of Postgres, perhaps 11 (or newer) given the EoL for 10 is targeted for 2022 (I think).

Would like to agree with this issue.

Given the Postgres Versioning - 9.6.x is not supported, 10.x is EOL as of Nov 10 (2 days from now).

Additionally recommend upgrading to a supported version of Postgres - >=11.x
