i don't have a .exe file #8

i'm not super well versed in how exactly stuff like this works, but i followed every step correctly. in my aseprite folder there is no .exe file anywhere, and windows can't find it. do i need to install every library manually?

Please post a log and make sure you followed every step from the video guide
