Signal Generator: Clicking on tabs(Waveform/Buffer/Math) produces glitch on panel

• SW Version or git tag: v1.4.0 rc1 895c0e9

Describe the bug
Clicking on tabs(Waveform/Buffer/Math) produces a glitch on panel. It is most noticeable on the Buffer tab. Although, this does not affect the functionality of the instrument.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Select the signal generator instrument.
2. By default, the channel setting is at the Constant tab. From there, click among other tabs, Waveform, Buffer, or Math.
3. Notice the glitch upon the switch between tabs.
4. It is most noticeable on the Buffer tab.

Expected behavior
Smooth transition. No glitches.
