Make Cli messages better

Developer feedback indicates cli error messages are cryptic.
In general cli output strategy is haphazard so lets improve this.

in general when a file isnt found, add context for which file its looking for,
have a consistent error pattern to distinguish prompts from success and errors
consider using colors.
