The README makes some assertions about file paths that aren't correct:

Sets the path to:
- Configuration import / export directory
  - Not set - It's only in our examples
- Private files
  - Not set
- Temporary files
  - Only set for Drupal < 8.8: https://www.drupal.org/node/3039255
- Twig cache files
  - Not set
