Description of the feature / 需求描述

华为云存储入口为https://www.huaweicloud.com/devcloud/
包含三个存储，有
1.知识库文件存储容量
2.代码仓存储容量
3.制品仓存储容量
每个区域都可以开通存储（国内国外都有免费存储额度）

这个比其他网盘的优势就是可以指定存储区域，比如百度网盘，阿里云盘是指定不了存储区域的。
