[IMP] Export Algoan module into its own npm module

Introduction

Algoan module is used exactly has is in the different connectors, this code duplication implies more maintenances and potentiality of a bug to appear in Algoan connectors, thus it would be a great improvement to export the nestjs Algoan module to its own npm module and import it to each connector.
