*BatchDeleteInactiveFlowsV2* - Installer not recognizing FlowPicker component from flowactionsbasepack

Getting the below error when trying to install BatchDeleteInactiveFlowsV2:

The package you're installing depends on package 'flowPickerFSC', version '1.5'. Install package 'flowPickerFSC' in the target org before you install package 'BatchDeleteInactiveFlowsV2'.

FlowPickerFSC is now included in the flowactionsbasepack and I have the most recent version installed my org so I think the BatchDeleteInactiveFlowsV2 might still be looking for the standalone package
