Steps to reproduce

  1. Install Package in an org where Draft does not exist as Contract Status
  2. Run all SortCollectionTests

Expected behaviour

all Tests Pass

Actual behaviour

all Tests Fail

SortCollectionTest.testTimeComparable Fail System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: INVALID_OR_NULL_FOR_RESTRICTED_PICKLIST, Status: bad value for restricted picklist field: Draft: [Status]
