I am using FileUpload LWC component in Salesforce flow. Once the file is uploaded when the user tries to click the filename to do the previous nothing is happening.

I don't know what you mean by click the filename to do previous can you elaborate more?

When internal users click the blue hyperlink are they supposed to be able to view the file that was upload?
