Maven to print a clear message when workshop attendees are not using the right maven versions #16

Users having a wrong maven version hit all sorts of issues. It would be good if we could have maven telling us that the required maven version is not installed. Maybe an enforcer rule with a version range ? If this is just a warning, it could keep unnoticed. So maybe breaking the build with an error message is better.
