Only a gray banner is shown in the frontend

Hello all,

i tried to install the oxid-cookie-compliance (composer require aggrosoft/oxid-cookie-compliance) in our testshop, but it doesn't work in the frontend.
Only a grey box is displayed on the left side. The cookies have been transferred to the backend after teaching.
How do I have to configure the frontend ?
The CMS site was customized as described in the description. The wave theme is used. Tmp files are emptied.
When I click on 'Cookie Richtlinie' , the path /# opens.

looks like some of your css is interferring with the cookie banner - have you tried switching to a non customized version of wave?

When i switch to the standard wave theme, the result is the same.
