Clicking on "Visit Other City Calendars" should reveal a drop down of other city calendars.

Ideally, This list will generate automatically to correspond with the sites that exist in the Rails Admin ( http://portland.activatehub.org/admin/site )

Ideally, cities with multiple calendars will appear with some sort of indent:
Portland - Civic
Arts
SF Bay - Civic
Tech
Arts
Detroit - Civic

I suspect this should work, since the URLs are currently SFBay.activatehub.org sfbay.activatehub.org/startup sfbay.activatehub.org/arts

This screenshot lives in Drop Box. Holler if you can't access it.

If the top left logo goes to the central site (activatehub.org), we need a
link that takes people to the city as well. Ideally those two are close to
each other, perhaps displayed in a breadcrumb or drill-down fashion to
indicate that the Portland site is within the ActivateHub network.

See, for example, how it appears on Craigslist:
http://portland.craigslist.org/laf/ (CL > Portland)

Also, note that the top bar space is limited. Visiting other city
calendars should be accessible via the central site, and isn't something
that people would do often enough to warrant top menu placement. 'Get your
own calendar' should be accessible via the central site as well, and
presumably if people want it they can look for it (again, it isn't the most
common operation and we don't want to give it as great of prominence as
'Add Event').
