EEG Browser doesn't show data from EEG Uploader

the technical gap is still there so this is a persistent issue. See full bug description in #9191

          Updating this issue title since all the documentation we could do was covered for 26 (#9296), 

but the technical issue / gap still exists -- the points below still stand:

this is more complex than initially thought: pipeline change was required, and testing this is holding up this task. pybids import needed specific structure of whole project, problematic to add the second candidate. .
