Hi! For the How to use a template instructions, there are a few changes needed from 0.13 to 0.21:

• the version number for the CLI needs to be updated (npm install -g @accordproject/[email protected])
• the version number for the Hello World template needs to be updated too (cicero parse --template [email protected] --sample sample.txt)
• the command to execute a clause needs to be updated (from cicero execute to cicero trigger)

Is it okay if I create and update a base_use.md file in website/versioned_docs/version-0.21?

You shouldn't update the versioned* files in ./website since those are automatically generated by Docusaurus (see Docusaurus documentation). Instead update the files in ./docs.
