In the case of 3 or more duplicates, OM doesn't automatically replace existing entries when writing a new.

# Which should I replace?
$ /home/marcus/.meta/entry1.string
$ /home/marcus/.meta/entry1.int
$ /home/marcus/.meta/entry1.float

It also can't know which to store history for.

Ideally, this scenario should never happen, but it has been known to; especially during development, and especially when upgrading between versions. See #9
