Caddy 2 support

Does this plugin work with Caddy 2? If not, is there a clear path toward getting it working? Happy to work on this if it would be helpful. Caddy 2 is on RC3 now and I imagine Caddy 1 will stop being supported as soon as Caddy 2 is out.

No this does not work with Caddy v2. l would've added support but realised someone is already working on it. https://github.com/vrongmeal/caddygit.

I am also working on some other plugins that can be leveraged for same purpose due to flexibility of Caddy v2. Stay tuned.

@abiosoft Please add support, the new repo shared is not really ideal, no caddyfile support?!
