After add library to required

I see error

Could not find package xero/xerooauth-php at any version for your minimum-stability (stable). Check the package spelling or your minimum-stability

That's because Xero ignored all advice to release it properly: #39

For the mean time you will have to specify dev-master as the version and cross your fingers something doesn't change in the future.
