Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The input delay is fixed 1-10ms and minimum 20 ms in the UI enforced. Adding a setting to override this could be useful for some people

Additional context
1-10ms + 20 ms is a good delay to help prevent bugs. This is however, not that good for power users.
