Looks like @StefanScherer found this was fixed by 0.4.3 in this comment. I'm hoping to upgrade vagrant's winrm gems in a few weeks. We are now at 1.0 which has some fundamental changes to the implementation.

@mwrock Using 0.4.3 was some trial and error. Currently I'm back to Vagrant 1.8.1 with standard winrm-fs 0.2.3, as the issues I got with Chocolatey have been fixed. But I really would love to see a new Vagrant version with all these gems updated as well. 👍

@mwrock As I said in my first comment, I am already using winrm-fs 0.4.3 The entire point of this thread is that it doesn't fix the issue in all cases. Those cases appear to be caused by MsMpEng.exe
