toggle for show graduated associate users.

as an active or officer user I want to be able to filter the associate user list for associate users who have not graduated so that I can easily find that one freshman who was at my setup that I did not get their last name of but I know is in the DB because I know they got a pit yesterday or something along those lines.

if they do not have a year associate with them show them when the filter is filtering out students that haven't graduated.

idk what the default setting should be.

always show the users who do not have a graduation users associated with them.

always show the following users

• Boom, Boom
• Robosource, RoboSaurus
• is of type"dog"

tbd edge cases

• grad students
• 5th/6th/7th year undergrad students (they do exist)
• users who take a gap year
