Product property dictionary values doesn't refresh in parent blade after adding new value to dictionary in child blade #94

Version info:

Browser version: Chrome 63
Platform version: 2.13.19
Module version: 2.20.8

Expected behavior

When you edit product property dictionary in child blade, list of dictionary values in parent blade must be updated

Actual behavior

Still have the same values after save

Steps to reproduce

Open Catalog -> Product -> Properties -> Any property with dictionary
Click to pen to edit values of dictionary
Add new value
Save
Look at parent blade's property dictionary values in combobox
