Hi,
I want to know usually how long does degust take to show graphs for WG results?
I am even running degust as a test for only 20 genes (2 replicates), but it is taking more than one hour.
Is it normal?
For whole genome sequencing how long is expected?

It sounds like you have an error somewhere. A whole transcriptome (~20,000 genes) is usually processed in a few seconds. 20 genes should be pretty much instant.
