I'd love to be able to automatically upload a CSV file along with a configuration file and receive back a URL that I could pass on to a collaborator. Then I could include dge-vis as part of my automated downstream analysis.

We don't have this specifically. But you can now use the degust.py script to convert an gene-list with log-change and FDR per gene into an HTML file you can share. I thought you might find that useful for your automated analysis - basically an HTML file you can share with collaborators
