Lgbt bee even when disabled in config?

I saw a bee with an lgbt texture. Confused, I checked the log since I thought I disabled that, and I was right. So is the config not respected? I will say that I have been playing a while and this is my first time seeing one.

forge 1.18.2, And I do have the latest versions of both quark and autoreglib
