Uh, is there error with Quarks' sorting item function? sometimes it voids items even in the vanilla chest

we need instruction for a setup to easily replicate this

This happens randomly when autosorting, I've seen items disappear when sorting my inventory at the same time as I was looking at the contents of my safes.

Was that inventory full?
