Remember screen size not working properly. #88

When "Remember Screen Size" is selected on Configuration Display the Vcc screen size increases by the window border width each time Vcc is restarted.

Problem occurs on windows 7 but does not occur on windows 10. Windows XP or 8 not tried by me.
