Feature request: Tandy Speech & Sound Pak

Tandy Speech & Sound Pak (DLL module) - Emulating the Tandy SSPak with the speech and sound capabilities through the host's sound card. The Orchestra90 cart (DLL) already does stereo 8 bit DAC output to the sound card and would be a good starting point.

The Tandy SSP is already implemented in Mame and that would be a better place to start.
