unpackerr only recognizes English .rar files in the watched folder

The file name was originally in Chinese, unpackerr didn't decompress it, I changed the Chinese name to 111.rar and it started decompressing immediately

I was looking at the log to change the file name, probably the log ran here, I changed the file name to 111.rar on the automatic decompression, so the log is a little bit ....

I re-created a Chinese test file Hello.rar and successfully extracted it, I don't know what the reason is, maybe the previous file is too big, it's more than 30G. if I encounter it again, I'll upload the log.

It seems to be a bit of a problem, I tested four or five files, as long as the zip file name contains Chinese, unzip out the naming is wrong.
