Followup to #1629: hide the palette when it is not applicable, as with the MapView, and clean up the conditions used in VisualizationFooterComponent html.

Should be based on both the currently used freqtable toggle and the visualizationType.

Check if we should hide only the palette, or the entire VisualizationFooterComponent.
