🤖ebot: a Discord bot backed by open-source LLMs

I created ebot, a Discord bot backed by open-source LLMs.

It is already deployed on our Discord Server. Join https://discord.com/channels/1180387931614085130/1236935814567690250 if you are interested in testing it.

The script is very simple. I have a repository at https://github.com/UNopenGIS/ebot.

I named it ebot, which stands for Expression Bot because it works on text expressions and in addition I feel it should feel like shikigami :-)

Initial implementation was done. I will close this issue when I am sure about the next step.
