Add commands

  • getResolver to show the current resolver
  • setResolver to set a new resolver

Before working on this think about if/how there should be validation of supported interfaces when setting a new resolver.
"getResolver" might have overlapping functionality with "listInterfaces" command. Maybe merge both?
