"Also on this connection" not working for overlaps with duration 0

Describe the bug

Another case of an issue occurring due to 0 minute travel times between stops like in #2322.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a trip with e. g. the following schedule, containing a duration of 0 minutes between two stopovers (between B and C)
   • Stop A arr :18 dep :18
   • Stop B arr :19 dep :20
   • Stop C arr :20 dep :21
   • Stop D arr :22 dep :22
2. User X checks in with destination Stop C
3. User Y checks in with origin Stop B
4. User X does not get a notification about User Y also being on this connection (I haven't checked, but I guess User Y doesn't get the notice about User X being on the connection inside the check in success notification)
