The name of the created page is changed when the browser is refreshed

Describe the bug:
When updating the browser the name of the page created by the existing page is changed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.- Enter the Integrate Pages tab
2.- Click on the "add a page to your budypress member profile" button
3.- Fill the form and save
4.- Refresh the browser

Expected behavior:
The names of the pages should be kept the way they were updated when the page was created
