描述功能 (Describe Feature)

考虑到 cloudflare 新开源了 Rust 开发的 Web 服务器，加上社区现有的 OpenLiteSpeed 以及 Caddy，结合近期 Nginx 核心开发者还退出项目并创建了 freenginx.org，V3 有必要对架构层面进行重构以兼容多 Web 服务器。

工作流程 (WorkFlow)

1. 新建文件 ....
2. 添加函数 ....
