What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

An ability to filter chapters by uploader

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

In some sources that allow multiple uploaders to publish the same chapters (i.e MangaDex), some may want to only read or download chapters published by a single publisher for consistency, and preventing duplicate chapters from being loaded.

Kind of related to #518

this is a client issue not a server issue
please move to webui, or whatever client u want this implemented in
