A robot class that merges and wraps existing definitions to create a new one.

such that

merged = merger({'arm': RobotArm, 'base': RobotBase})

merged.inpt -> {'arm': {'x': 0.0, 'y': 0.0}, 'base' {'j.0': 0.0, 'j.1': 0.0}}
