I have been using the latest version of Rasplex for years. Recently the Pi3B I was running it on suffered some damage after a power surge. I had a spare Pi3B+ I wanted to flash to replace it and found your fork. OpenPHT has been running really well - the only two minor things I've noticed is in Rasplex there used to be some additional HEVC settings which this build doesn't expose (not a big deal) and some minor audio popping issues which weren't as prevalent before (also live-able). Thank you for your efforts putting this build together!

Since the latest version of PMS, the play status is not updating on the server any more. The file still streams, but progress is not saved - the server doesn't indicate the file is playing while it's streaming and you need to mark files as watched manually. This happened before in 2019 and the Plex devs eventually made some changes to PMS to fix this.

I have raised an issue on the Plex Forum detailing the problem.

I am linking this information here because your fork is essentially the most active OpenPHT code base right now, and it could very likely be that we'll need to implement a fix on the client side if Plex isn't willing to add a fix for this.

This may be a good starting point if needed: RasPlex/OpenPHT#315
