Mesen crash when launch through Steam with Switch Pro Controller and Joy-con connected. #865

Version: Mesen 0.9.9

When launch Mesen through Steam to use Pro Controller:

If only Switch Pro Controller connect: Pro Controller treated as XInput device, and Mesen run fine.
If Switch Pro Controller and Joy-Con connect: Pro Controller treated as XInput device, Joy-Con is DInput device and Mesen will crash.

When launch Mesen directly without using Steam with both controller connect:
Both controllers recognized as DInput devices and Mesen run fine.
