Template depencies are too old, we are unable to use latest shopify features

The dependencies used in php template are too old and it's not upgraded from a long time. The other language templates like node had its app bridge updated to v4, 2 months ago but the php template is still using 3.7. We can't manually upgrade it as it's a major upgrade and needs major changes. Please update it as soon as possible.
