Session Storage Not Working Perfactly On DEV Mode #498

Invalid OAuth callback.

When i Used "npm run dev" so in dev Mode application installation is not working. but when i used local tunnel and going with php artisan serve so instalation is working properly.

Same issue, the app does not even create the session if it does not exist.
Tried to add missing info in the table sessions but it just show an Invalid Token error...

Something is missing in class OauthOffline.php...
