How to use on nopCommerce v4.3 ?

I've installed this version of api-plugin
https://github.com/madewithfire/api-plugin-for-nopcommerce
Correctly installed... but there are no way to do this steps...

Create a new Api client from the Api plugin administration and give it some name i.e Sample Client.

The Client Id and Client Secret will be automatically generated for you so you just need to copy and use them into the Sample Application.

I have the same problem on nop 4.3.0
What I can see is API->Setting and a page it just have a api check box for enable or not.
It don't indicate any client id and client secret for me to copy.
Dose it work for MySQL or it work only for MSSQL.
